SHIPPING

DELIVERY CHARGES

​We ship Australia wide, postage is calculated at checkout. 

FREE SHIPPING

When free shipping is offered this will be applicable for metropolitan deliveries in all states of Australia only.  Please contact Mollie & Beau for discounted shipping rates to all rural & regional areas of Australia. Free shipping does not apply to some products as noted in description.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

​All orders will be sent within 2 business days where possible, with most orders dispatched within 24 hours.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is sent.
​Once your order has been collected by our couriers, delivery times are outside of our control.
An estimated delivery date will be provided with your tracking number.


LOCAL PICKUPS
​We offer local pick up from Tullamarine, Victoria 3043. When ordering please select the pickup option during checkout.
​Once you have placed your order we will contact you to schedule your collection. Orders are to be collected within 7 days.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE


OUR 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

Sometimes we purchase a product that doesn't suit us or our home. To give you the best shopping experience, we offer you a 30-day Return Policy within Australia on all full priced products purchased from us.

Shipping costs will be your responsibility for a change of mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted or other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order (see below shipping of return items)

The item must be returned under the following conditions; 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of order.
  • Merchandise must not be stained, damaged, or modified in any way 
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging 

SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded.

SHIPPING OF RETURN ITEMS​

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ​

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing full cover shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and your item must be returned match our above conditions in order to be eligible for refund.​

EXCHANGES

We can offer a refund, exchange or credit note for a damaged or faulty item if notification is received within 7 days of you receiving item - please email info@mollieandbeau.com so we can arrange this for you. ​

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Please email info@mollieandbeau.com to request a returns authorisation number & paperwork.  Returns will not be accepted without these.

We do our best to photograph each arrangement to represent the colors it contains as accurately as possible.  All device screens render color differently so there may be discrepancies in what you see on your screen and the actual product.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not available on orders made via AFTERPAY. We may however offer exchange & store credit depending on the issue.

 

INVENTORY

 

Inventory issues may arise from time time and although we try to have the correct inventory, during our launch and sales events we often experience high traffic to our site. This sometimes leads to technical issues where a product can be oversold due to a system error outside of our control. We apologise in advance for any disappointment this may cause.

 

RATTAN PRODUCT CARE

 

Taking care of your rattan products is essential to ensure longevity.

Whilst it's fantastic to play with rattan products outside, please store indoors as sun exposure and outdoor elements can cause rattan to dry out and fade which can result in breakage of the product.

Humidity and moisture can contribute to growth of mold and mildew . If this occurs, carefully clean rattan as per cleaning suggestion below:​

  • Fill a bowl with water
  • Add a few drops of dish detergent and stir to agitate until bubbles form on the surface
  • Dip a soft cloth into the bubbles only, not into the water
  • Wipe the rattan with the bubbles - the slight moisture cleans without over-wetting the rattan, which can cause damage
  • Use a toothbrush or other soft brush to clean in the cracks and crevices, using the same suds-only cleaning method
Clean only when absolutely necessary
